Monument to the police force (for Ben & Lisa)

Hola again. Not much happened today just drifting around the city on the bike. It was really busy with shoppers and cars a plenty. It’s great fun just milling about on these even plane roads. I wanted to see a few things today but Monday seems to be the day museums are closed. There’s always tomorrow I guess. At last I got hold of an adaptor electrico for my laptop. I bought it of a couple of blind old folk on the street for 500 pesos, which is about 50p. There are a lot of blind people in Santiago and a lot of legless people, literally legless who tend to lye face flat on the pavement out side cathedrals. Would have taken photos but I felt it a wee bit uncouth. So fairly relaxing day window-shopping and oh my god I started a painting.
