To Ranagua

It was a misty start to the day. Packed up the tent and headed off checking compass regularly. After a few miles I was overjoyed to see a sign with a place name that was on my map and it was south. I was that excited I took a picture. Cycling though miles and miles of vineyards I arrived at Paine where I joined Ruta 5, the Pan American Highway. There is a lot of satisfaction to be had cycling down the hard shoulder of the main highway though Chile, it was so flat. By now it was midday and the sun was burning though the mist. Late afternoon I got to a nice town called Rancagua. Had a wee tour about got some dinner found a hotel went to sleep.
